Now seems like a great time to give feedback, since part of what Sophia and I discussed in my last Consultation, was how far I have come this last year. The growth has been so natural and easy that it seems intangible.
Sophia is very practical! Her guidance is very grounded and based in action. This often seems vastly different from the advice of spiritual teachers, but you can't argue with results! Her guidance fits and works! Of course, it is up to us to take the actions. Working with Sophia really helps me understand how to ground energy and to embody energies, so that I can more easily create what I want.
I also understand now how my intuition and psychic abilities work. I spent a lot of my life wishing I was psychic (and only mildly believing that I was intuitive). So, I was surprised when, in my first session, she told me I was very psychic. It resonated of course, but my mind hadn't believed that previously. So now I understand it all better, (what this truly means) and I embrace it. It is also extremely helpful to have Sophia's guidance when I don't understand the purpose behind events in my life. I also am much more protected now, as I have learned what I can do to keep my energy field clear and who/what are my trouble zones! I am also more relaxed, since I better understand my energy, versus picking up other people's stuff.
Now, my intuition feels much more natural, guidance is coming to me more quickly and easily, and sometimes things still happen that I don't get, but I don't worry about it anymore! I am more fully embodied in trust than ever before!
As you know, Sophia drops clues, and always has a meaning when she says something, and I am just now starting to really dive into that, and pick up on all the little details. There are so many layers to her work! It is always different, and ever-evolving and there is no end to how deep you can go!

"Sophia gave me invaluable insight on my father's illness and passing. Because of her direction, I was better able to make the decision to fly back to be with him. Although I was in the airport waiting to get on the plane at the time of his passing, I was on the phone with my mother when the nurse came to tell her he had passed. I am grateful for that.
I also asked Sophia about why my/our money seems to flow like feast or famine... sometimes no money and other times lots of money. First of all, let me say "THANK YOU!" Thanks for stepping out on the front line and laying it all out there. Thanks for spreading Sophia's wisdom and making the "telephone" available.
Yes, the world is ready to receive Sophia's wisdom. They just don't know it, yet. The ones who are ready will find her. Their hearts will lead them, just like I was led. I don't think you should waste your efforts on trying to convince those who are argumentative. If they aren't ready to accept channeling as a way to get valuable insights, then they probably aren't ready for the insights, either!
When I read Eckhart Tolle's "A New Earth", it changed my life... it led me down a path that eventually included channeling, Sophia, and recently, your website. Anyway, I remember Eckhart saying that it was a living book, and not everyone would be ready for it. He said they may look at it and say "this isn't for me", and put it on the shelf. But they will come back to it and dust it off when they are ready. I think it's the same thing with channeling.
After I read "A New Earth", I was hungry for more. A new way of being opened up to me and I was searching for wisdom and guidance. I read another book that I didn't really get a lot out of, but it mentioned spirit guides. I started asking for guidance. "What is my purpose? I need guidance! I want to get in touch with my guides!"
I was flipping through channels on TV, and on one of the local Austin public access channels, there was a woman channeling Divine Sophia. This was my first experience seeing someone channel, and honestly I typically would have kept flipping. But curiosity held me there long enough to hear the truth that was being told. And I realized she was saying the same things that Eckhart Tolle was talking about in his books. It resonated in my heart and I felt it to be the Truth.
I stumbled upon you because I listen to podcasts at work. I subscribe to the "Open Your Intuitive Eyes" podcast and noticed an older episode that said something about Sophia. Since I was familiar with Sophia, I listened to the podcast. When I subscribed to your newsletter and got the "Life Purpose" E-book, I got that same "Truth" knowingness in my heart. I don't know how to describe it... it feels like home...
So, you see, I found Sophia through a coincidence. And I found you through another coincidence. But there aren't any coincidences! The ones who are ready will find you, and the truth will resonate with them. I only talk about this stuff with my wife and close family. Even with my family, I have to preface it with "I know it sounds weird but..." Ultimately, it's not about where it comes from, it's about the value of the wisdom. It seems like your audience is the people who are ready to confront their fears in their quest for something more than what our structured society currently provides."

"For what it's worth, Sophia is someone I connect with on a personal level (though more via connecting to her energy and bringing intuitive stuff through on an informal basis, rather than channeling per se), and the vibe, energy, sense of personality and the nature of the insights that I connect with is the same as I get from your videos and description of her. The info and paradigm she represents (for lack of better terminology; I don't think we could really stuff her into a neatly defined paradigm :P ), is unique and stands out compared to most of pop-spirituality, and that too makes her recognizable. Whether or not the world is "ready" for that kind of information, it's definitely in need of it! I think the world is a lot of things, and if we had to wait till it was "ready" for any given bump in consciousness, we'd be waiting a while. I'm more partial to the "ready or not, here it is" approach. ;) But, I'd also be inclined to say... it's ready enough, or you wouldn't be here with this ability, doing what you're doing. On that note, just the other day I had someone ask me what sort of impressions I have of Sophia, "what" she is, what she's like, etc, and I linked them to your material as part of my explanation, so they could get a better sense of her. So, as much as I can relate to self-doubt and questioning when "coming out" with anything metaphysical or otherwise woo-woo, (and I'd imagine it can still be a factor, even though you're an established channel), I thought it might help a little to say that someone out here in internet land recognizes that not only are you presenting something of genuine value regardless of who the material is coming from; I can also recognize, to my own satisfaction, that who it's coming from is exactly who it's claimed to be coming from. :)
Beyond that... my approach to this sorta thing is that those who are receptive to it and can benefit from it will be attracted to it, those who aren't, won't, and you aren't obligated to "prove" anything to the latter (which I'm not entirely sure is possible anyway). There will always be supporters, and detractors, but the important thing is that you know who YOU are, who Sophia is, and that your connection is genuine. And, while you weren't obligated to go public with it, I for one am glad you did, and have much respect for the courage it takes to do so. :)"

"I know that channeling has become, and will now always be a huge part of me. It is hard to communicate to others something that I do not even entirely understand myself, yet I have faith that I will work through my questions and doubts... we are so immersed in language and explaining through words what is going on, and channeling is SO much more. Yes, it's words, but there is also a whole level of energy transfer that possibly can't be explained, but felt and trusted that it exists.
Kristina, you have been given the 'gift' of reaching those that are not already a member of "the choir". And you understand that it is not to change that person's mind, but just to expand it. And really, it's Sophia that does the expanding. Sophia does more than just speak words of Wisdom, there is an energy transfer that is even more profound, so regardless of the initial reaction of the person, you have just facilitated a shift in awareness, of frequency, whether or not the person responds to it. I recently found your website while searching for information on Sophia. For the past year or so I have not had access to a computer because I gave up almost all material possessions in my search for truth, and devoted my life to seeking it.
I met Sophia on Feb. 20th 2009. She came to me in a vision, and told me who I Am, where I Am from, and what my main mission is. She told me that I had to consciously choose to accept that mission, which I did. I always knew somewhere deep within me that my mission was big, but I never even imagined how big until after I had accepted it and started working toward it. Several weeks before I met her, I experienced a massive descension of Spirit, in which a greater part of myself came into my consciousness. I felt a fusing, or connecting of the two halves of my brain and I started writing a book called "False Beliefs, False Prophets, A Message For The End Times Of The Revelations". Sophia came to me and has been with me ever since. She has been teaching me the feminine aspect of the Love and Wisdom of Our Creator. While writing and proofreading the book, she comes to me and gives me new insights and perspectives that make it necessary for me to start all over and rewrite most of what I have written. In essence I started out writing the book from the masculine perspective of Power and Will, and she comes to me and teaches me to soften and sweeten my voice so that all will hear it's truths. Rather than me writing and rewriting the book, in actuality, the book and Sophia are rewriting me!
Anyway, my reason for writing you is to thank you from the bottom of my heart, for making that New Years resolution to become more seen in your work. I had never heard any of your messages until I clicked on the YouTube link in your newsletter, and watching that first video of yours was like really seeing Sophia face to face for the first time. It was like she was talking directly to me, and was a very emotional experience for me. I am not very gifted either visually or audibly, my messages are more what I would call "revelatory", in that, suddenly a message will appear in my mind as a knowingness that is always accompanied by an almost overwhelming feeling of Love, and I have gotten this emotional feeling every time I watch Kristina's video's. There is absolutely no doubt that your connection is real.
I have had a hard time trusting myself and my spiritual path. It has been so lonely, and I have had so little confirmation in my outer world of the truths I have learned from within. The seeming enormity of my mission hasn't helped me to trust in it either. Seeing Kristina/Sophia speaking the words that I needed to hear unlocked something deep inside, and I cried and cried. "Hi everyone! I'm Italian, and not so used to speaking fluent English. I knew of Sophia's existence thanks to an English friend. I immediately contacted Kristina, and I asked her if it was possible to have a one hour consultation with Sophia, but not speaking directly by phone, due to my difficulties of the language first, and due to the difference of time, second. I proposed to send a few questions, and Kristina accepted. She received my questions; I made three, thinking of the time to answer, and then she advised me about the date she could be ready for answering. Kristina also gave me the instructions to pay and I did even without hesitation, even though it was my first time. I like, and respond to Sophia's earthy approach. I am not, and never have been impressed by the conventional picture of "spirituality" and the conventional spiritual paths. She has provided me with validation and supported me in my own unconventional journey.
I have been around and exposed to mediumship from the time I was a baby living with my aunt -- a practicing medium.
