Is this (channeling) real?

Should I prepare questions?
Many people like to prepare questions in advance, yet it is not necessary. We have found that Sophia always has something to say! She sometimes answers your questions before you even asked them. Yet, as an overall guide we suggest preparing for your consultation in whatever way makes you feel most comfortable. During your consultation, she will facilitate an open dialog.
Can Sophia read my future?
