We had a great final show, where Kristina talked a lot about her background, and how that influences where we are wanting to take the work, and how we will get there... It is certainly a unique take on spirituality, and worth hearing.
As you probably know, we are in the middle of completely re-inventing ourselves in all aspects of our business, from the public face of Kristina/Sophia, as well as the Private Consulting side of things. Kristina has taken full charge of our new direction, and is truly the one who has the ability to create a new paradigm for Kristina/Sophia... even our name might change! We have a lot of things in the works, some may never happen, some might take years, but I can assure you of lots of changes, and we'll bring them to you as they are created...

As Sophia often says... "Buckle Your Seat Belts", because today I am officially announcing my 3 month Sabbatical from this, our "InSights" newsletter! I know this might come as a surprise, yet that's what we're all about here at Kristina/Sophia Inc., KEEPING YOU ON YOUR TOES... and ALWAYS promoting "EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED!"
Instead of producing this weekly newsletter, I'll be spending the months of April, May and June, developing new formats, and different ways to bring Sophia's Wisdom out to the masses. The website will be going through a MAJOR transformation, and our entire business will be shifting and changing! It's time for a professional reinvention! Who knows, maybe my decision to take this journey is a reflection that... REINVENTION IS WHAT YOU MIGHT ALSO NEED!!!
Spring is the perfect time of year to create yourself anew! So, this year I decided to give my business a major SPRING CLEANING! Growing up, I remember how I use to dread my mother's tradition of "spring cleaning"... the entire house! Everything was washed, cleaned, and sorted-through. The winter bedspreads were put away, and the spring ones brought out. By the time the whole process was finished, I was no longer angry about all the hard work. Instead, I flourished in the sights and smells of our newly transformed home. I later realized that as the home was cleared and cleaned, so was I! The transformation was both an external and an internal one! So let me ask...
"What aspect of YOUR life needs a good spring cleaning?"
For me, I know that it's time to clear out my OLD ways of thinking about Kristina/Sophia Inc. During the last ten years, I spent the majority of my time figuring out how to BE the channel for Sophia, both professional and personally...and that was no easy task!!! Now that I am a seasoned professional, I want my focus to shift towards creating more outlets to bring Sophia's Wisdom beyond the spiritual communities, and out into the world at large!
I know that it's part of my PURPOSE to figure out how to bring Sophia's GUIDANCE to the masses! Did you know that I was a business major, and received my degree in "Public Relations and Mass Communications"? I never imagined that I would need these skills in order to bring the DIVINE WISDOM of a SPIRIT GUIDE to the masses! Back then I would have thought that idea was insane!!! Yet, here I am, so many years later, pulling out all those old text-books, ready to apply the principles of PR and Mass Communications to Kristina/Sophia Inc.!
Many people have said that they think Sophia should just directly give me the answers on how to bring Her Wisdom to the masses, and are surprised that she doesn't... Yet, I know that HIGHER GUIDANCE does not work that way! From Sophia's perspective, she is already communicating and speaking with the masses. It is my personal MISSION/PURPOSE to bring SOPHIA'S WISDOM from the collective unconscious into the collective conscious. It's important to understand that Sophia "guides", she doesn't lead! She and I know that this is MY path, and I am meant to create it. Yet, she does encourage and guide me on this path of creation, from seeking assistance, to gathering the information needed in order to feel confident in my decisions and choices. In general, there is no "right way", ultimately, only MY WAY!
I find many people are waiting for someone to give them their answers. By working with Sophia, I have realized that "I actually don't just want the answers given to me!" I have come to this life to "discover" the answers... MY ANSWERS! That's the most satisfying experience of them all! So my friends, I am using this 3 month sabbatical to embark on the path of discovering how to bring SOPHIA'S WISDOM to as many people as possible! I know this is a lifetime journey... yet, I am excited to utilize this time to forge the beginning of this GREAT PATHWAY!
If there is anything YOU would like to see from us, I am certainly open to entertain all ideas...
In the meantime, I will still be doing some limited radio interviews, and my husband John will continue to send out "NEWSFLASHES" for any important announcements, and our NEW Facebook page will be where most updates and action happens, as the main website undergoes its transformation. Of course, I'm still doing private CONSULTATIONS, which you can book online. In the interim, I recommend that you go back and review ALL of the Sophia video's from this year. Ask yourself the question; "How can I carry the themes of RESOLUTION, LOVE & MONEY throughout the months of April, May & June." Also, contemplate what new themes are arriving, and how you can be aware of, and incorporate them into your spiritual unfoldment!

Did you see my E-mail from the other day about that crazy Holiday: "I'm Not Going To Take It Anymore!" day? (Check out our BLOG, Entry 1-7-10, in case you missed it!)
Well, you know what I really can't take anymore? I can't take any more inspiration!Sounds kind of crazy, right? The problem is, my life has changed so dramatically working with Sophia that I just don't know what to do with all the information and inspiration anymore! There is not enough time in the day! I have so many things that I want to do, that I'm always joking with Kristina how I need a Clone, or extra arms like an Octopus just to help me handle all that I want to do in my life!
This is a BIG change from some years ago, when I had NO idea what to do with my life; I was just plugging away, searching for answers, but never really finding anything that was at the level I was looking for...
So, I might jokingly complain about having too much inspiration, but in all seriousness; "I never want to go back to my former floundering life!" Life really seemed to have little purpose before Sophia came along... I was a master at keeping myself tied down with excuses; actually arguing for my limitations! Sounds crazy right? Well, how many time have you heard (or said yourself) such statements as; "I can't because..." or "I'm not ready because..." Blah, Blah, Blah! THAT WAS ME!
The thing is, these aren't just excuses, these are actual arguments for limitation!We are self-fulfilling prophecies, so of course the more I was in this modality, the worse it got: A self-perpetuating disaster! I was so far down a hole, that I was completely overwhelmed with the prospect of trying to figure out how to get out of the hole!
To put it bluntly;"That's a crappy place to be, right?"
All I used to want to do was sleep! Now, I jump out of bed at the crack of dawn, rearing to go; no need for coffee!Sophia has created a monster! Now she's actually trying to get me to calm down and relax more!
Now, my life is filled with things that I never imagined: new directions, interests and inspirations that I NEVER conceived of...
Wouldn't you like to be in this enviable position?
I won't kid you; it wasn't always easy; I was pretty rough around the edges 10 years ago! OK, maybe I wasn't a TOTAL disaster... I had lots of potential, and a lot of knowledge and insights into complex topics, and big universal principals, but I had no idea how to integrate and use them to make my life better. It was very frustrating! It was like I had a treasure chest, but no key to open it! Sound familiar? I KNOW that if Sophia can turn EVERY aspect of MY LIFE around, I know she can do the same for YOU!
Sophia stretched me into the person I knew I could be, but previously had NO IDEA how to get to! Not only that, but she helped me clear up all my past and present problems and obstacles. This is why I'm so excited to be working with Sophia, and why I took on the role of Business Manager here at Kristina/Sophia Inc.; I want to help as many people as I can, feel FREE the way I do! Innately, we all want to give back, and now, I finally have a format! So, please forgive me if my excitement sounds a bit overboard; I JUST can't help it! I really believe in Sophia! And, I'm so excited for you!
I know we all need help in order to take action, but to start, we need to have really good resources. Sophia has been a miracle in my life, and I think she has shown up in yours to be the same for YOU! I can't think of anything better in this life to offer you than Sophia!
I imagine if you're still reading this E-mail, then part of you is identifying with my story, and recognizing that change is needed in YOUR life as well.
So, then the REAL question is : "Are you willing to take ACTION to change?"

Happy, "I'm Not Going To Take It Anymore Day!"

That's right, today is National, "I'm Not Going To Take It Anymore Day!"
I thought this had an interesting tie-in to the theme of "self-forgiveness" that Sophia spoke about in the video portion of this weeks edition of our "Insights" newsletter. Personally, I know it's not so easy to just "forgive" yourself. I imagine that getting MAD is part of the forgiveness process. Just yesterday, (which coincidently, was "National Epiphany Day"), I stumbled upon todays National Holiday and had an Ah-Ha moment! I realized, that I was MAD, and needed to express that anger BEFORE, I could move onto Sophia's 1st. step of forgiveness. (How convenient there is a day dedicated to this, especially so soon after the Holiday Season.) Therefore, I want to offer us the opportunity to release the Pent-up anger we carry, which I think is a combination of both personal and collective frustration.
"I'm Not Going to Take it Anymore Day!", gives us the opportunity to scream, kick, yell, and take control of all the events that happen in our lives. We can stand firm, stand strong and refuse to be a victim any longer. Today is the day to assert to the world that YOU are not going to take it any longer!
This Holiday is based off of the famous line was from the '70s movie, "Network". Do you remember it? The story is about a TV anchor who goes into a rant on live TV about all that had gone wrong with the world. The character's name is Ed Beale...
During his on-air tirade, Ed captures the thinking and fears of his viewers when he states:
"We know things are bad - worse than bad. They're crazy. It's like everything everywhere is going crazy, so we don't go out anymore. We sit in the house, and slowly the world we are living in is getting smaller, and all we say is, Please, at least leave us alone in our living rooms. Let me have my toaster and my TV and my steel-belted radials and I won't say anything. Just leave us alone."
Getting really angry, the character Ed Beale's voice begins to rise as he looks into the camera and says:
"Well, I'm not gonna leave you alone. I want you to get mad!... I don't know what to do about (all the problems in the world). All I know is that first you've got to get mad."
Then Beale begins to yell at his viewers:
"You've got to say, I'm a HUMAN BEING! My life has VALUE! So I want you to get up now. I want all of you to get up out of your chairs. I want you to get up right now and go to the window. Open it, and stick your head out, and yell:
I'M MAD AS HELL, AND I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS ANYMORE!"
Whoa, I was very effected when I watched the Video Clip on YouTube. Check it out below... It's pretty intense and a little over the top, but it's still pretty damn brilliant! Let me use Sophia's terminology here, and say; "Buckle Your Seat-Belt", for the video really does take you on a wild ride...
Welcome Back! What was YOUR response to the video? When I showed the video to Kristina, she laughed during the end portion (when everyone was yelling out the windows). Then afterwards, I watched her sit dumbfounded, staring at the screen, seemingly at a loss for words. (Now if you know Kristina personally... that is a rarity!) I, on the other-hand, felt invigorated! I laughed, but I also felt a Call to Action! Right away, I KNEW I wanted to share this Video with ALL of YOU!
To me it seems like things haven't changed that much since then. Have they? Upon, reflection, it looks like the world is still wrestling with many of the same problems now, as then.
Let's look at a few reasons why things haven't changed... As a society:
We undertake the same old actions. (Isn't the definition of "Insanity"; taking the same actions, yet somehow expecting different results?)
We FIRST try to fix that which is outside ourselves, instead of starting with SELF!
We have not made resolution with our past failures.
So, how does this all tie into what Sophia was talking about in regards to "forgiveness" in relationship to our "New Years Resolutions"? I personally think that getting MAD is the missing ingredient that we MUST address in order to TRULY embrace and enact STEP #1: "Self Forgiveness", of Sophia's formula for a successful "New Years Resolution" (as outlined in the "Call to Action" section from Tuesdays edition of "InSights").
Spending as much time as I do with Sophia, I know that she is always encouraging me to EXPAND upon the wisdom she shares, so I become a CO-CREATOR in my expansion process.
So, I (just like Ed Beale), know that I sometimes need to GET MAD and express anger, BEFORE I can, #1: Forgive myself, #2: Get excited and, #3: Take action, as Sophia outlines in her Video below.
My sharing this with you is based on the question: "What do YOU need to do before, during or after in order to make Sophia's formula your own?"
Today, my personal enhancement of the formula, is; "I Just Can't Take It Anymore!"What's yours?

Back to rectifying my mistake... In this 1st video (below), you can see how nervous Kristina is; but that's what life is all about: taking things head on. In the end, Kristina did about 25 Sophia videos this year! You can see them all by visiting our YouTube page. Last week, Kristina did her own, full 10-minute video, in addition to the weekly Sophia videos. If you compare her video from last week, to the 1st one, it's like witnessing a totally different person! I think Kristina is a pretty amazing Role Model, and proof, that ANYBODY can get over their fears and setbacks; you just need to make the choice to do so, and employ a good guide along the way!
In Sophia's section you'll see her talk about the meaning of the year, which is pretty interesting to reflect back on. You'll also see that she invited you all to take advantage of spending time with her... I remember at the time, this was pretty controversial; many of you were upset that Sophia was so boldly asking you to spend money in the midst of an economic crisis Well, if you're not going to spend money on yourself, then what good is money anyways! This was not an easy year, and Sophia in her own coy way was not making that invitation for no reason... REMEMBER, Sophia doesn't do, or say ANYTHING for no reason. Was she dropping a very big clue that many of you could have benefited from her assistance this year? I'd say so!
I do know that those of you that did take advantage of working with Sophia this year had a BIG advantage! So, remember, pay attention to everything Sophia says; it ALL has multiple meanings! In any case, you can still choose to "Make Up Your Mind" and make the commitment to yourself for the New Year!

"Can you feel the underlying angst on your planet right now? The timely American phrase "March Madness" seems to capture the spirit of the population at large. Right now, many people's thoughts are plagued with economic downturn and despair.
Let me remind you...
When there is darkness, when there is great, great fear, vast LIGHT shows up. There is much assistance being offered to you right now. Most people just can't feel it, Great guidance is always available when there is deep darkness covering up the planet. There is light! There is great opportunity for you to look beyond what the majority is thinking and feeling. Instead, look to the ones that are arriving to help all of those that are in deep, deep despair. The key is that you have to sense us, ME, more than you do the collective consciousness. Align with a HIGER frequency.
Now, lets really observe what is going on. There is definitely a sense of madness concerning your economy. But, it is really the effects of the extreme fear-based thoughts that are plaguing you. Let us talk about how bad it really is. Everyone is speaking about the Doom & Gloom, but most people are hiding how dire their circumstances are. People are not calling their families to ask for help. Instead, everyone is shuffling credit cards. Everyone is doing anything and everything to cover up how bad it really is. Yet, minds are running rampant.
Let's identify and name the thoughts that are swirling around out there... disaster, suicide, bankruptcy, living on the streets, and the world destroying itself. Truly, there is madness in the air! Can you now FEEL the TRUTH of how intense it really is?
The message that you need to hear is: Get out of the madness! The way out, is to ask for assistance. You must seek out a higher vibration than that which what is permeating the collective. You must take action! Right now it's important to move away from it in a BIG way. Would you like help? I can show you how to catapult over the thoughts of the masses. Don't be pulled into the consciousness that is headed down the spiral of darkness and despair.
Anytime there is a downturn, there are many that are focused on the RISE. I am not here to stop the fall. I am here to help train those who choose, TO NOT GO DOWN. It is about the survival of your own mind, body and spirit.
It is critical that you choose to walk with the MASTERS instead of the MASSES!

As we say goodbye to the month of February, we thought it fitting to spend some time dialoging with our physical hearts. At the beginning of the month on Vaishali's "You are what you Love" radio program, Sophia spoke about visualizing the actual organ of the heart, (Check out the archive if you missed it in the "Events" section of the website).
Below, we have included a colorful rendering of an anatomical heart. Notice the arrows that show the direction of the flow of blood moving through the heart. Now let it evoke the following metaphorical questions; "What subject or theme would you like to get to the heart of?" "How can you align with the wisdom and the natural flow of your heart?"
We would like to offer you two exercises that will help you get to know your heart, and to better understand the wisdom that it has to share. By actively doing these exercises, you are telling your heart (and the universe) that you are listening and paying attention to important matters of the heart.
Look at the above image and ask your heart what theme it wants to work with? Once a theme has been identified, spend some time dialoging with the heart. Use your imagination to see your heart as an actually being. "If your heart could speak to you, what would it say?" Create a writing piece that tells the story of your heart.
With this writing piece, underline the words and phrases that capture the essence of your hearts message. Print out the above heart image, (you can download it by clicking on the image and dragging it to your Desktop), and write these words and phrases around it.
Sophia would like to share her perspective...
"Whenever you put pen to paper and/or creatively work with any of the themes in your life, you prepare yourself to receive the higher soul perspective. Answers begin to reveal themselves to you because you have DONE something third dimensionally. Take your two creations and share them with someone close to you. By doing this you are allowing yourself to step into vulnerability. I'll let you in on a BIG SECRET; your soul always RESPONDS to the trust that is inherently imbued in vulnerability. Remember, there is great strength in vulnerability!"

Love runs rampant! Thank you for sharing with us how important LOVE is in your everyday life. It's been wonderful to receive so much positive feedback on the value of the wisdom offered in our recently published "Love Potion 2009" article (see below).

"LOVE POTION 2009"
In popular culture, we have all heard about Love Potion #9. We have seen movies and listened to song lyrics that speak on the magical powers of a love potion. Does such an elixir exist? Is it possible to combine ingredients with intentions to create a concoction that evokes the feeling of love?
During the month of February, I am often flooded with questions about finding and maintaining love. As an intuitive, I sense that these questions are often fueled by a deep sense of longing, and an intense desire to claim more personal power. I recognize that people are beginning to acknowledge that we don't have to leave our love destiny in the hands of fate. Inherently, we ALL understand that love can be evoked: it isn't something that we have to wait for.
In this spirit of evoking love NOW, I playfully asked SOPHIA, a spiritual teacher and guide, about Love Potion #9. I was shocked when she took my question veryseriously and proceeded to share with me the universal principle that is hidden within this potion of pop culture. What started out as a lighthearted joke, turned into an enlightening conversation on how to use thoughts, words, and actions, combined with the spiritual use and understanding of the number nine. Sophia: It is a truth that is hidden within the concept of a potion combined with the number nine. Let's start with the number nine. In this popular potion, the nine has been mistakenly translated into 9 different ingredients and/or aspects of a ritual. What is misunderstood is that nine is supposed to represent three to the power of three, otherwise known as three to the third power.
There are many examples that reveal the importance of this sacred trinity. From a religious perspective there is the holy triad of the father, the son and the Holy Spirit. More prevalent in your culture today is reference to the mind, body and spirit. The more you contemplate the number three, the more you will understand that it is a building block in which your world is created around.
Are you following me thus far?
Kristina: Yes, I think so. Three is an important number that is referenced in our everyday existence. Somehow you are going to tie-in, and explain the importance of working with three to the power of three, and how that relates to the real understanding of LOVE POTION #9.
Sophia: EXCELLENT! This is no joke, Kristina. There is something of great value that can be learned from dissecting this love potion. Do you want to dive into it further?
Kristina: Is this something that I can share with people to help make the month of February easier for everyone?
Sophia: My hope is that you will transcribe this conversation and share it with as many people as possible. I am going to map out what I am calling Sophia's LOVE POTION 2009. It is a step-by-step explanation of how EVERYONE can apply the principle of three to the third power to evoke a powerful creative relationship with LOVE.
Kristina: Okay, great! I'm all ears.
Sophia: Good, let's continue our conversation with an analysis of the word "potion". It brings to mind a medicinal liquid or remedy that is infused with magically qualities. By focusing on the word, the psyche begins to naturally align with the essence of magic. This allows the mind to be more open to the unseen forces behind the universe at large. The word also implies that certain steps were taken in the creation of the brew. The combination of these principles (working with the unseen forces of the universe through deliberate steps) is what makes the word POTION so powerful. Now, let's add in the word love and the equation goes like this, LOVE can be evoked by working with the universal forces through deliberate actions. In my version, the liquid is no longer needed.
Kristina: Come on Sophia. Are you saying that just by using the words together "love potion," we are starting to engage in the manifestation of love?
Sophia: Yes, and no. The word combination essentially opens up a door of opportunity for you to BEGIN the process of consciously manifesting love. May I continue?
Kristina: Yes, of course.
Sophia: The root of why I adore this pop culture phrase "Love Potion #9" is based in the underlying premise that the wordplay inherently gets the universe's attention! Going back to where we started, the nine is the final ingredient when we understand the nine to be three to the third power. Now we have the completed equation, which reads, "Love can be evoked when working with the universal forces through deliberate action, using the principle of three to the third power." It sounds complicated, but don't worry I will now break it down, so that you can easily understand and create your own Love Potion #9
Kristina: Okay Sophia. I am ready for the simple version.
Sophia: Imagine that you are getting ready to mix your potion. First, you must layout the ingredients. Since we are not making an actual liquid concoction, let's look at the components that we are going to work with. Referencing the principle of three to the third power, our ingredients are ALL going to fall within three categories: SELF, OTHER, and COMMUNITY. In each one of these categories, we are going to take three actions, which will invoke the power of three times three.
I will give you an overview of the formula, explain the overall concept, and then break it down so you will understand each step.
SELF:
1. CARE of self.
2. PLEASURE of self.
3. LOVE of self.
OTHER:
1. CARE for other.
2. PLEASURE for other.
3. LOVE for other.
COMMUNITY:
1. CARE for community.
2. PLEASURE with community.
3. LOVE of community.
Sophia: Read the formula three times. You will begin to feel the power that is waiting to be unlocked and released.
Kristina: Hold on Sophia, those are a lot of steps. It feels like a lot of work. Does it have to be so complicated?
Sophia: It's not complicated, and YES it is some work. Did you believe that I was going to give you some supernatural incantation that would magically produce love states? Of course there is work involved in establishing a REAL practice that generates sustainable LOVE.
Kristina: Okay, I hear you, but what about those who really do want a magical elixir that instantaneously produces love? Aren't they going to be disappointed?
Sophia: I am giving you a powerful way to evoke and produce more LOVE. Those who desire a quick fix are ALWAYS going to be disappointed. In this third dimensional reality, there are no shortcuts that allow you to skip over the manifestation PROCESS. That is why you have embodied on earth, to relish in the process of creation, and to ultimate understanding that YOU are the CREATOR of your own reality.
Kristina: I understand. Will you elaborate on the formula and how and why it will produce more LOVE in our lives?
Sophia: The formula is designed to help you take actions that foster the belief that you are ready to experience love. Notice that the formula begins with the category of "SELF". By actively engaging with yourself FIRST, you tell the universe that you are worthy of love. Most people want love, but deep down they believe that they are NOT worthy of REAL LOVE. By taking three steps that focus on SELF, you set into motion the universal principle that states whatever you put out into the world, will return to you. By your actions, you have made a clear statement that says, I LOVE MYSELF! The universe MUST respond by returning to you experiences that express this love.
Let's get into the details of each of the three steps in the first category.
Step #1: "Care of SELF"
Many people tend to avoid the maintenance/care of the body they reside in. Ask yourself this questions, "Do you take better care of your car, than you do your own human vehicle?" If you answered yes, then this is a perfect opportunity for you to care of your body! Have you seen your doctor or dentist lately? What about a new haircut? Ladies (and even gentlemen) are you taking care of your fingernails and toenails? A manicure and pedicure is a great way to care for self!
The key is to take any ACTION that helps care for your overall well being. This could include the care of your emotional health. Maybe you have wanted to see a therapist, or maybe you have contemplated working with a coach. Try to look for the thing you have been avoiding, and TAKE the step to actually DO IT!
Step #2: "Pleasure of SELF"
Get ready to step into luxury. What have you wanted to do for yourself that is luxurious? Plan an activity that evokes a pleasurable experience. It could be a massage, or an evening where you indulge in a bath with champagne and strawberries. Many people associate pleasure with the body. Body pleasure will definitely fulfill this activity, yet remember pleasure can also come from ANY experience that brings you joy. Maybe you have been dying to buy a new bottle of perfume or a new set of golf clubs. Whatever brings you an immediate sense of bliss and satisfaction! Enjoy treating yourself. You deserve it!
Step #3: "Love of SELF"
For this step, it is important to take an action that supports a movement towards self-acceptance and love. I am going to suggest that you work with some ritual or activity that helps reinforce the idea of "I LOVE MYSELF." The more reverence that you imbue in the action, the more results you will see when it comes to the universe's response. Now you don't have to completely love yourself to invoke the power of this activity. You only have to put forth a good effort.
You could work with creating affirmations that strengthen your acceptance of self. What about creating a ritual that is dedicated to idea of "I Love Thyself." The key here is to work with any action that TANGIBLY puts into words or actions this "LOVE OF SELF"!
Kristina: Sophia, I imagine that many people might be reluctant to work with this last step. When you were speaking, I had an image of buying an "I LOVE YOU" Hallmark card and reading it to myself several times. Would that work instead of having to self-create some type of ritual or affirmation?
Sophia: Yes! GREAT. That is a very inventive way to engage in the third step. Thank you for modeling that you can be imaginative and creative in ANY and/or ALL of the steps.
Kristina: Everything that you have shared makes a lot of sense to me. I keep asking myself the question, "Will I actually go about doing these activities?" Especially understanding there is still 6 more steps to go over! Again, why must I work so hard to experience love?
Sophia: It is only work if you imagine it to be. Were you not very excited to create an actual love elixir? Did you think there would be no work involved? The process is so elaborate because each action is meant to build up a momentum that breaks through ALL the barriers that hold people back from experiencing love.
My beloved friend Kristina, you of all people know that a relationship, (especially with a guide) challenges you to stretch beyond your limits. When you are actively pursuing love, it is essential that you make many steps towards the experience of love. Again, it is through these steps or actions that you begin to FEEL love for yourself, and other(s) more consistently. When you practice stepping into love expressions, the universe MUST respond by returning back to you love experiences.
Kristina: So, are you saying that these steps are building upon each other to eventually create more experiences of love? By moving through this process, I am invoking universal forces that help me manifest more love in all aspects of my life?
Sophia: Yes, I am revealing that LOVE POTION 2009 is a process, not a product! Yet, just like an actual elixir, it requires that certain ingredients be combined in a particular way to produce the intended results.
Are you ready to discuss the second round of actions that are a part of the LOVE POTION PROCESS?
Kristina: Fire away...
Sophia: We are now ready to focus our attention on another. This "other" can be anyone that you care for. It doesn't have to be a current love partner or potential love partner. It could be a friend or a family member. Someone that you feel (relatively) safe practicing a new expression of love with.
Step #1:"Care for Other"
In this step, you are going to take an action that helps support another's well being. Begin by observing your chosen "other". What are they worried or stressed about? You might start by offering them your assistance. Be supportive by presenting solutions and/or viewing the problem from another angle.
Care for your loved one by focusing your time and attention on helping them with something that they need. Maybe it's as simple as making an appointment for them, running an errand, or looking after their children for an afternoon. This step can be anything that let's them know that you care for their overall welfare, and would like to support them by offering a helping hand.
Notice that even if your friend, family member, or partner is resistant to your help, you will feel good no matter what, if you remember that you are working on your LOVE POTION 2009. It's not about how successful each action is... it is only about TAKING an action/step with the intention of eventually experiencing more love.
Step #2:"Pleasure for Other"
What is your "other" passionate about? Make yourself available to understand or learn more about this passion. Step into their shoes for a day and create an experience that they would enjoy. Engage in your other's passion because you desire to know more about what brings them joy and pleasure. Invite your "other" to be a part of this experience, or just tell them about the experience you created.
By experiencing someone else's idea of passion and pleasure, you are ultimately opening yourself to receiving all different types of pleasurable experiences from unexpected sources. Do something different and new, and the universe will give back to you something exiting and new!
Step #3:"Love for Other"
In this step, share your love for another in YOUR way. How do you express yourself? Often we try to share our feelings based on the other person's preferences. Step into your own truth and reveal your heart in whatever way feels great to you.
Don't worry about how your love is received! This exercise is about feeling your love for another and putting it out there for the universe to see and feel. You are creating your own LOVE POTION that will draw to you unexpected love experiences. Let go of needing to see immediate results. Instead, focus your energy on the task at hand, expressing and feeling LOVE for another.
Kristina: Sophia, why are you suggesting that we focus on ourselves, when we are doing something for another? Isn't the point of doing something for somebody else, to be focused on them instead of you?
Sophia: This LOVE formula is based around becoming aware that LOVE is SELF-CREATED. When you are present with yourself FIRST, when you do for yourself FIRST, you will open yourself up to greater LOVE. You have clearly stated (by your actions) that you KNOW you DESERVE LOVE. You have filled yourself BEFORE you try to fill another. When one person is in the STATE of LOVE, then there is GREAT OPPORTUNITY for MORE love to be created.
Kristina: By experiencing love for myself in all my actions and expressions, I create a momentum of self-generated love that propels more and more love experiences towards me?
Sophia: Ah, now you're getting it! Onto the final round of three, which completes the process of three to the third power. We finish the cycle with our attention moving towards community. This focus directs your love out into the world at large. These actions help open the door for BIG love opportunities to come your way.
Step #1:"Care for Community"
Look at a community that you are a part of and ask yourself, "What do you love about it?" Engage in an activity that highlights this aspect of the community that you love. This step is not about giving to the community something it needs. Instead, it is about you experiencing love for a part of the community that you appreciate. You care for the community by adding to it the experience of LOVE and APPRECIATION!
Let's imagine that you love the architecture of the community in which you live in. Take a guided tour and really relish in the experience of admiring the local architecture. What if there is no tour available? Create your own self-guided tour after doing a little research at the local library. The idea is to create any activity in which you can have fun and appreciate an aspect of the community that YOU care about. Be CREATIVE!
Step #2:"Pleasure with Community"
This step asks you to join with others in celebration. Find, or create a pleasurable experience that can be shared with a community. This can be any activity that you can feel joy and pleasure in a group situation. The key is to notice and appreciate the sensations and emotions that you feel during this celebratory activity.
By consciously being aware of pleasure in a group setting, you become more open to receiving and experiencing love in ANY environment. This step facilitates a willingness to be more receptive to unexpected moments of delight. Let your heart open and allow yourself to savor in the feelings of happiness and joy!
Step #3:"Love for Community"
The last step challenges you to share an aspect of yourself with a collective audience. This is an opportunity for you to express a part of your love journey. It could be in the form of a writing piece, a short story, a letter, a poem or even a blog entry. Yet, it doesn't have to be written. It could be an audio or video piece where you directly speak about a personal experience with love. Maybe you prefer to put a piece of YOUR love journey into a song, a dance or an art piece. All that is required is ANY personal expression that is focused on love.
The audience that you share this piece with is up to you. It could be as small as two or three friends, or as large as putting it on the web for the world to see. The important part of this exercise is to release this story and give it over to another. When you are no longer afraid of sharing parts of your love story, you begin to understand that love is a journey, not a destination. Through your collective sharing, you acknowledged the universal truth that love is meant to be experienced, expressed and SHARED.
CONGRATULATIONS! Just by reading the formula, you are already 1/3 of the way through the process of manifesting more love in your life. The next 1/3 is where the magic really begins, the actually creation of your very own LOVE POTION 2009! Start right now. Contemplate the ways in which you will care, pleasure and love YOURSELF, then make it happen. Each round will build upon the next and before you know it, you will be sharing some aspect of your love journey with many.
By the time you have completed the three round cycle, you will already be SEEING and EXPERIENCING the power of this magical formula.
Finally, the last 1/3 of the formula is completed when you look back on the journey and acknowledge all the courage, commitment and strength you put forth in your invocation of your very own LOVE POTION 2009!

Happy Belated New Year,
Hi everyone, John here, it's been a long while since we posted anything. The last couple of months of 2008 got kind of crazy, starting with our friend Nick, who almost died. He went into the hospital in early October with total system failure. He flat-lined 3 times, was given a 2% chance of living, was in a coma for several weeks, on dialysis, and with machines breathing for him. It was an ugly, and scary sight to say the least. He did survive, and actually just returned home a few days ago after 3 months in the hospital, most of which was in Intensive Care. It turns out he had some type of crazy intestinal infection that went untreated for too long. He is still very weak, has been, and will continue to be in physical rehab for maybe a year. He lost about 30 pounds, walks on crutches with no ability to move his toes, and has damaged vocal cords from being on the respirator for so long. He is now expected to make a full recovery. Kristina and I were the closest thing he had to family, and as the adopted big brother figure, and the person who knew him the longest, a lot of the decisions fell on me, many of which were life and death decisions. It was one crazy ride; thankfully we had Sophia to guide us, day-by-day, and sometimes hour-by-hour. We have most of the crazy emotional roller coaster all recorded: we used our digital voice recorders to capture Sophia guiding us through the process. We probably have around 50 hours of recordings. I'm debating on whether to burn all the recordings onto multiple CDs, and give them all to Nick. The is crazy thing is that Nick has actually never met Sophia; he thinks Kristina is strange and really doesn't want to know about it.
Then came the Holidays... We mainly laid low, and tried to re-engage with all the balls we had dropped during Oct. and Nov. We had a lot of catching up to do!
Finally the New Year arrived, and we were able to start things off with new focus, drive, and plenty of ideas and concepts to implement and share with the world. We are now refocused, though nowhere near rested, and we now have most of the years game-plan mapped out.
So far we have launched two new specials, exclusive to our mailing list subscribers (if you want to get in on it, all you have to do is sign up by clicking the purple box under the section links to the left).
And, at long last we have launched our very own YouTube channel.
Getting Kristina and Sophia on video has been a long process. Kristina hates to be on camera, and I've been trying to help her through the process for over a year. She is finally ready, though she is still struggling a little with nervousness about the world at large thinking she is crazy. But she is committed, and when Kristina gets committed to something, watch out, there is no stopping her! Kristina still is struggling to get what she wants to say out of her mouth. We've had to do a lot of takes before we were able to get something usable.

Sophia Predicts the Future?
Hi Everyone,
John here with some interesting concepts and ideas I'd like to share with you...
Sophia often gets asked to "predict the future", and while we appreciate this concept, the here and now is what is truly important. The future is relative, so doing predictions is something that Sophia does not directly participate in. Besides, if you have the unique opportunity to engage with Sophia, the ultimate source of wisdom herself, certainly we can do better than, "Who will win the election?" If you ask me, that's simple: I say Vote Kristina/Sophia!
On the subject of predicting the future, while Kristina is profoundly psychic (and an extremely gifted medium), this is not where her interests lie, especially in a professional capacity. There are plenty of resources for such things elsewhere, and we encourage you to use many modalities in which to find answers, but please do use discretion, and don't give your power away. What Kristina and Sophia ARE here to offer, is a grounding of spiritual concepts, new philosophies, and a reframing of experiences, along with new viewpoints that can be applied to everyday life. This is a very generalized essence of what Kristina/Sophia Inc. is all about, in reality only Sophia knows what she's going to do next. The point is that the work we promote is not about psychic predictions, or proving psychic abilities, (and I'd truly be surprised if it went more in that direction). In any case, remember the word "Philosophy" comes from the ancient Greeks and literally translates into "Love of Sophia".
Sophia isn't here to prove herself, though I will say that if you truly pay attention, she does prove who she is all the time. She drops clues often, so read between the lines, and many more things will be revealed. A recent example of this is in the "earthquake session clip", which is a clip from a recording of a private session with a client. Sophia stresses, "protect the environment" several times just moments before the last big earthquake hit us here in Southern California. She doesn't directly say an earthquake is coming, because what she was working on with the client was more important, but it did tie in, so the actual earthquake hitting when it did, makes a dramatic point. Sophia knows exactly what is going on in all moments, however this is a perfect example that experience is more important than information. Check this recording out if you haven't already, it's also very revealing on how Kristina and Sophia are without a doubt are two distinct beings! You can read more about it below in the Blog entry from 7-30-08.
Another recent, and more profound example of the ways in which Sophia relays information can be heard in the recording, entitled 8-8-08. In this recording Sophia states that this is the beginning of the "hidden being revealed", in terms of our government and financial systems. Within just 2 months, the mismanaged, misguided mess of our system has started to reveal itself with the largest financial crises in history. Sophia reveals a lot more in this specially recorded audio file. I highly suggest listening to it again; I just did, and I was amazed and what she said. She clearly states right away: "Buckle your seat-belts, and don't say I didn't warn you!" Though Sophia likes to deliver information in a more entertaining fashion, do not doubt that she knows all, and is revealing much in the guise of play and fun. Pay attention even if, especially if, Sophia is being nonchalant!
I know from experience that Sophia knows what she is talking about. She has certainly not always related things that I, or many others want to hear or acknowledge, yet with experience she has gained my full trust, and I wish for everyone the same opportunity. Sophia is by no means all "doom and gloom" however! Far from it. In reality, Sophia is about true balance and upliftment. It's just that her philosophy, unlike most spiritual teachers, stresses that without acknowledging the dark, it will only continue to plague us. I for one think that is a shame, so I am willing to fight for myself and fight alongside Sophia in service.
Even if she sounds like she is not always directly answering your questions, or saying what you want to hear, I encourage you to carefully listen to what she is saying; she talks on multiple levels at all times, every word and idea has purpose. Sophia especially does this in personal sessions, where things can go into more in-depth levels. The public side of Sophia is always going to be more of an overview and geared towards the collective energy of those witnessing or listening to her. In either case, what might not make sense now, may be meant for another time. Souls Unfoldment is a process, and given all that Sophia is, and all that each of us are, makes it impossible to know or reveal everything in a single session. I know this very well from my own personal experience, as I spend time with Sophia almost every day. Wisdom is a process, and there is always more to be revealed. Totality is not an instant manifestation. There is always more to uncover with Sophia; the unending source of wisdom. My own level of grappling with the ideas of "not knowing", "not having answers", and many misunderstandings has been a great process of unfoldment for me. I can completely sympathize with finding Sophia frustrating. I know many, myself included, have had those moments of "WHY CAN"T SHE JUST TELL ME!" However, Universal Law won't allow it. I do know that you have to ask the right questions, and use the right language, that is why she is such a stickler about language. When she harps on language it's her way of cluing you into the secret that she can give fuller answers when the language used is without limitations. Sophia can only work with where you are at. As I shift, change, and expand, so then does what Sophia can bring to the table, this I know with all certainty.
Sophia puts forth deeper-meaning than what is apparent in the moment. I highly encourage everyone to re-listen with new ears to what Sophia has said in the past. I have often listened to older recordings of my conversations with Sophia, and I can hear myself in the recording having no clue what she is really saying. Only now in the present moment do I understand that she was talking to the future self that was going to listen to the recording later. Holy mind bender! She was offering me the Garden of Eden, and I couldn't even see it. Many of you have had sessions with her, or bought our line of "Sophia Incarnate" CDs. Do yourself a favor, and go back and re-listen to them. Just use your intuition and pick an older recording at random, and discover that there is no randomness. I'm confident you'll get your moneys worth out of them again, and again. The magic of Sophia forever expands.
I would love to hear and to share your stories of what happens by trying this experiment I'm suggesting of uncovering a whole new slew of "Ah-Ha" moments. So please, if you have any of these experiences of finding a whole new perspective and understanding in a new now of what Sophia was communicating in the past, please share it with us, especially if you thought Sophia was just plain wrong, made no sense, or was not applicable at the time. Remember Sophia does not come from a perspective where there is time, all things are now, and it's up to us to catch up!

There is well over 40 hours of free Sophia information to access through the varied radio appearances that she has been on. Just pick one, and see what happens. Now imagine what engaging with her again, or on a more continuous basis could reveal. The possibilities are endless.
Working under Sophia's guidance about the thoughts and energies that have created blocks or held us back has been very beneficial on many levels. For example, earlier this year Sophia came up with a "Financial Freedom" series in which she offered guidance around this big topic. Kristina and I went through this program ourselves, and it was invaluable to our success in many ways, including being in balance in the midst of the current financial crisis. We still offer this program which you can learn about in the "Consultations" section of the website. It's never to late to take advantage of this amazing resource, if anything no better time than now given the state of things.
Kristina and I have not been affected by the financial turmoil that has been going on, either emotionally, energetically or with our 3rd dimensional bottom line because we were prepared. We haven't found many others at the moment that can say the same. It's never to late! This craziness is not going to go away anytime soon, and I suspect more to come. Do yourselves a favor and be prepared. If all of this financial chaos is causing emotional and energetic problems, working with Sophia can systematically resolve it. Once the underlying stuff is looked at, who knows what could happen 3rd dimensionally!

Kristina's 1st Blog Entry
Hi Everyone, it's Kristina.
Welcome to my first Blog entry.
Believe it or not, I tend to be shy when it comes to sharing my thoughts on Sophia and the personal world we co-exist in. It has been great to have John (my husband) as my business manager, because he has pushed me (in ways that only a loved one could) to get the work out there long before I was comfortable. Yet, there are downsides to having your husband as your manager. He does take some liberties that I imagine someone else might not... like posting out a message that it was my birthday last month! I was very embarrassed and mortified, yet as usual John's instincts were spot on...
I was so grateful to receive so many e-mails, cards, flowers, chocolates etc. It was a humbling experience to receive so many words of praise and appreciation of my work. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Every birthday gesture was felt and very much honored.
Sticking with the birthday theme, I thought I would share with you a birthday gift/experience that I had the day before my actual birthday. John & I were at the aquarium in Santa Barbara spending time at a petting tank with Sharks & Sting-rays. I told one of the volunteers that I have this strange connection with water animals, that somehow they seem to be drawn to me. (I have had very close encounters with a crocodile, a shark and a sea lion.) I was having fun telling my stories, not really paying much attention to the tank below, when suddenly I heard a volunteer gasp. I looked down and was shocked to see that about 80% of the animals in the tank were piled on top of one-another, right in front of where I was standing. The volunteer started to call out to the other volunteers, "this women has powers to biogenetically communicate with the animals." People started to gather, and all I could say in return... "I'm not sure why this happens... I'm not doing anything!" (There are some photos up on my Social networking sites...)
Professionally, I understand this experience to be about energy. I spend anywhere from 20-40 hours a weeks in a trance state. Channeling requires that I raise my vibrational rate in order to bring though a higher consciousness. Because I am in this state so often, I end up vibrating at a quicker rate than normal, even when I am not in trance. Animals have great sensing abilities, so they are able to perceive this quicker frequency.
Personally, the experience confirmed for me that it's not my imagination that I somehow draw-in sea creatures. It's evidence that my other experiences with water creatures were not coincidence. I wish that John took a better picture to document it. We were both a little shocked and in awe of the way that all these animals were piled on top of one-another. They all seemed calm, not concerned that they were in what we humans would consider, a big pig-pile. Part of my brain said, "wow, this is cool" and the other part said, "oh no, this is creepy!"
The other big recent happening was the SOPHIA EARTHQUAKE SESSION!!!. Wow, it was an experience. I was in trance with a client and the intense shaking immediately brought me back into my body. I remember thinking, "Is this really happening or am I stuck in some alternate reality that Sophia has created for the client?" I have never been in an earthquake that size and it really shook (no pun intended) me up! Thank goodness for the clear-headedness of my client, he talk me through the whole thing. I do have to give myself credit for being able to calm myself down and finish the consultation.
The whole thing was recorded and we were all amazed to go back and listen to what Sophia had said right before the incident. It really is a great example of how Sophia works. She was asking the client to do an energetic clearing for himself around the theme of abuse. She, in context of the session, tells him to "protect the environment" and says it three different times. About 30 seconds, to a minute later the earthquake hits! Sophia has been working with energetic clearing for a long time, but I have never heard her use the words "protect the environment". To me, it's Sophia way of saying that she did know the earthquake was coming, so gave the client (and anyone that might go back and listen to the recording) that evidence without actually saying, "here comes an earthquake." It think it was more powerful that she did not directly predict it; instead, she let the timing unfold so that the client (and all us voyeurs that listen to it later) had the opportunity to experience the shaking in relationship to what was happening right before, during and after the quake.
Listening back to the experience was embarrassing. I said to John, "if that doesn't prove the difference between Sophia & I, then I don't know what does!" He was so excited to share the recording with the mailing list, and used my above statement to convince me to get over my embarrassment. Even though I still get a little red in the face when I listen to it, I am glad we put it up on the website. We have received a lot of great responses and it seemed to have sparked many people to shake up there own lives and get a first time consultation with Sophia. It truly is a great metaphor for working with THE GODDESS! She really does get things moving in your life!

St. Germain Channel:
Sophia has been encouraging many to utilize the facilitation of both herself and St. Germain, whom we have mentioned previously is channeled by our long time friend and colleague Sara. Working with both of then is an incredible experience, and certainly makes for Quantum Leaps!
Kristina and I have personally had probably close to a 100 St. Germain sessions in the last 10+ years! Even though Kristina and I talk to Sophia almost daily, we still utilize St. Germain as well. If you study the secrets of successful people, one constant is that they never stop learning, exploring and getting different points of views; even coaches have coaches!
